Apartment 4, Great Sunny Abode
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lovely west village location. Responsive landlord, though not overbearing and rarely around. So close to W 4th and great food within seconds.
Cons:
Old pipes, meaning some drainage issues that landlord didn't really want to fix. Teeny tiny bedrooms (but such is new york). Otherwise nothing terrible.

Prime location, horrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small building, only 4 units so you become close with everyone! Could not be a more perfect location, and the apartment has all the amenities/appliances you could ever want. Large living room and beautiful natural light. Washer/Dryer in unit + dish washer.
Cons:
There is no assigned super/handyman, so getting things fixed takes a long time and is never a long term fix. There are people that sit across the street at all hours of the night so the noise levels are very high.
