What a shame, beautiful property
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful historic landmarked building on the best street in NYC
Cons:
The owners are evasive and unresponsive. The building is dirty, mouse infested, smells like garbage, broken tiles in the hallway and peeling paint.
Advice to owner:
I would advise them the same way I would advise a lost adolescent: work hard, do a good job, more people see you than you think. Doing things well is it’s own reward. Take pride in what you do.
