1 Year of Living in 25 Grove
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood, prime location
Cons:
The landlord is pretty infamous...look up Abraham Sanieoff on NY Post. He had an affair with a broker in this building that he owns. He will deduct cleaning fee no matter what so don’t bother cleaning when you move out. Pretty typical scummy NYC landlord
Advice to owner:
Tenants are not just cash cows...please clean the house before they move in especially when you charge former tenants for cleaning fee. that’s messed up
