Great location. Amazing roof. No light in units
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location. Good and responsive super. Very very nice roof
Cons:
Laundry in basement is expensive. 6 floor steep walk up. Very little light in units but that is location

Best building management ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Response super who is willing to help with anything. He is always around and takes such good care of the building. He even plants flowers on the rooftop and outside of the building.
Cons:
No elevator and it’s 7 floors

Great building with wonderful super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, zero issues with pests/mice etc, nice roof with good views, decent pricing for the area, Jimmy the super is the best - very kind and responsive.
Cons:
The apartments that don’t face the street don’t get great light and if you leave your AC in (which Jimmy did offer to help take out) your apartment might get a little brisk on cold days in the winter if it’s like ours. It can also be a little noisy in the summer with the outdoor spaces. But I’d say the pros far outweigh the cons. I loved living in this building.

Right next to tswift
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, cozy, affordable. Great value for location. The best super in nyc. Honestly he is like your dad. Once traveled 45 min to let me in because I lost my key. I loved living here and would move back in a heartbeat. Awesome rooftop.
Cons:
Washing machines could be upgraded. Interior paint color is a weird color.
Advice to owner:
Repaint the interior. Keep Jimmy around.

Pros:
Well kept building conveniently located in the heart of the WV with laundry in the building and a great rooftop
Cons:
Building has attracted much younger tenants who can be very loud on weekends
