Incredible location, spacious rooms. Loud if facing 7th

Pros:
Spacious apartments. Amazing location in Chelsea near West Village and public transit
Cons:
LOUD. No central A/C means window units + ambulances heading to the next door hospital mean lots of summer late night disturbances
Advice to owner:
It’s a great spot! Just wish there was an option to handle the noise
