Been here 6 months - Would not recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Hallways maintained and packages are not an issue
Cons:
wash/dry is $4.50 per load, so $9.00 for 1x wash + dry. Dryers do not work. My unit is not updated - dealt with an ongoing leak for months, most complaints ignored by landlord. Contacted 311 after being ignored by landlord.

Don’t be fooled by the fancy lobby
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fancy lobby- always cleaned with marble flooring and chandeliers Quick responsiveness- good for repairs Nice large showers
Cons:
ZERO natural light / very little windows. Facing building Cockroaches dead/alive constantly in basement where laundry units are Construction since day 1 of moving in. EXTREMELY LOUD as if they’re drilling on top of your head from al angles. Majority of people including myself are WFH so this has totally sucked Very rude ownership- will scream at you Unnecessary charges Poor, cheap construction inside of apartments Very poor air circulation / dry air
Advice to owner:
It’s nice that you have a cleaning lady come in biweekly to clean the lobby but maybe you can take care of the cockroach issue where your tenants do their washing first

SCUM LANDLORD - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building, lovely neighbors and nice entranceway
Cons:
The management ignored every request we had regarding heat, rodents, water outages etc (all of which were consistent problems). They never did anything to prevent a string of package thefts. However, all of this seems to be typical for landlords. The biggest con is they have consistently screwed residents out of their security deposit (see their lovely reviews on yelp).
Advice to owner:
See you in court

Not the best experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has a great location, close to meatpacking
Cons:
the entrance key pad door was always broken and left open constantly. Anyone could enter the building. Had packages stolen on more than one occasion. during covid, zero cleanliness protocols or assurance from staff of safety in the building.
Advice to owner:
Please fix the locks and make this building feel safer to live in for all of your residents.
