Not very clean
Often maintenance with elevator or hot water
Very cold during winter, can’t regulate heat

Great friendly super, friendly tenants
Cons:
Old building, PESTS, constant cockroach issues starting from move in day, mice issue as well mostly related to construction. Frequent construction in building causing water to be turned off almost monthly.
Advice to owner:
Add a gym in the basement where there is clear room for one. Better pest control. Stop with all the constant construction.
