Former Tenant
Pros:
Supers are pretty attentive
Cons:
Heat too intense and too inconsistent Often takes forever to get hot water Neighbors don’t care about cleanliness Thin walls. Easy to hear noisy neighbors Old plumbing
Advice to owner:
Be more aware of AirBnB users
Get rid of carpeting on stairs! Immediately soils and hard to maintain
Be responsive to renters that need upgrades to old fixtures and appliances. It’s in your best interest
