Great building, great neighborhood

Pros:
Staff is super friendly, the lobby/hallways/roof deck are always clean and staff is easy to reach.
Cons:
The hallways echo but they were never that loud

Great building and super, poor management

Pros:
Location and building staff are excellent. Roof deck and laundry facilities are very nice.
Cons:
If you rent from United Management/ Fischer-Treger Realty/ another shell company located on Montague St in Brooklyn, they are not very responsive when it comes to any lease issues. In fact, they are quite rude and intentionally unresponsive. It's very frustrating.
