All was well till it flooded
Former Tenant
Pros:
We loved being about a pizza place, the fact it was on 2nd Ave and it was often busy. We also loved having the entire floor, the living space was massive and the kitchen was incredible.
Cons:
The pipes froze and flooded the first month we were there, which then attracted water bugs and the same pipe burst actually took out the ceiling of the place underneath us. All may be well now, but the building is older and the super lived far away, it definitely dampened the experience (no pun intended). Lastly, there is often a lot of construction on 2nd ave.
Advice to owner:
We would have loved some level of acknowledgement on the flooding, heads up on construction, and more consistent pest control.
