Great location, rent stabilized
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location! Some units have updated fixtures
Cons:
Property manager impossible to get a hold of. Rent is still paid by checks slip under your door (5 days after it's due), communication isn't good
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and caring to your renters. Take pride in your building...has potential because of location but property owner doesn't care

Bad management, thin walls
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location. That’s it.
Cons:
Bad management. No response to the complains including security issues from the residents. Irregular cleanup & trash pickups. No hot water often. Apartment walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors’ talking. No announcement/explanation to the residents before starting large construction work that would create noises and other issues.
Advice to owner:
Do your job! Change the property manger who is in charge of the management of this building!

Bad Would not recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
location, good responsive super
Cons:
garbage was overflowing alot of the times. Poop came up near the laundroom. Management non responsive to the concerns would not recommend. Did not lower rent.
Advice to owner:
Listen to the tenants or lose renters.

please stay away of this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
the only good thing about this building is the location
Cons:
Things are constantly broken here; the elevator, water, heat, and it takes the super and landlord days or weeks to fix. I had my toilet broken for at least 2 months with no response, and every time I would speak to the super or landlord they would say they were coming but never did. Tons of roaches and bugs. In 2019 a woman died in her apartment and no one found her for months, the whole building smelled awful. The wall in my apartment had mold and water damage and the super refused to fix it. I could honestly go on for longer about how bad this place is
Advice to owner:
Listen to your renters or people will leave
