Good location poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
A good location, nice layout and light in one bedroom
Cons:
Unresponsive management and super, dealt with multiple bed bug issues. Unit was not properly heated and the problem was never resolved. As low as 53 degrees at night as there was only one heater in a back bedroom for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Old Building in the middle of UWS
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location! Super is quick to reply!
Cons:
Pest problems that they’ve been battling for a while. There’s also one radiator per apartment! Which is totally illegal.
Advice to owner:
You can work a little on the cleanliness and presentation of lobby/mail/garbage area. A little painting a pest control can go a long way.
