Not closely managed building, but great area
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in a great spot- close to the A/B and the 1/2/3 lines. Neighborhood is in a very cute and close to the park, Trader Joe’s, and some nice places to eat. No bugs
Cons:
We were not on the ground floor and caught a few mice in traps. Laundry is old and in the basement. Management only accepts repair requests in person via paper and is not super accessible. No elevator
Advice to owner:
pest management could improve, some sort of email system would be better
