The hallways are a sweat lodge.

Neighbors are nice, location.
Cons:
I’ve lived in New York my entire life and these are the hottest hallways I’ve ever experienced, they could at a minimum use a fan. Walls are thin, can hear sex from 1C all the way up on the fourth floor. Overpriced for outdated kitchen/bathroom. Also the trash out front is embarrassing, there are always men loitering on the stoop at night. I’m

Cons:
Roaches, mice, paper thin walls. No way to submit work orders with a paper trail as you can only call.
