Pros:
Prewar building, laundry downstairs, location? idk it sucks
Cons:
***packages routinely being stolen, 1-2 times per month. Police reports filed. and still more packages being stolen***

also the downstairs door doesn't lock and the building refuses to fix it, so completely unsecured building.


Scaffolding up forever.
Management non existant
laundry room always broken
packages stolen all the time
Advice to owner:
Be involved. Take down the scaffolding since its not being used at all for YEARS and fix the building facade when you're ready not leaving it up forever.

Pros:
Well maintained - trash is taken out everyday and hallways are swept and mopped weekly.
Cons:
Noise from upstairs units - the floors were not insulated so you can literally hear every footstep, every chair moving, and every door slam.
Advice to owner:
INSULATE YOUR FLOORS
