Terrible management company, but cheap units and great location

Pros:
The location was amazing. Super convenient to everything. The units are cheap.
Cons:
The management company is extremely unresponsive. The units need a lot of repairs and we’d call the management company to get them to fix it, and they’d mostly ignore us. They would “fix” it each time, but it would never get fixed. Lots of units have submitted a lot of complaints to the Dept of Housing, so before you move in, look online at the complaints and negotiate with the landlord accordingly.
Advice to owner:
Fix things properly.

Pros:
You can’t beat the location and the neighbors are very quiet and respectful.

Cons:
Rude landlord and was not good at fixing things for us.

Great location but a lil messy

Pros:
The location was incredible. The super Scott was mostly helpful. Never had problems with the buzzers or doors.
Cons:
Had a roach problem for sure. Also packages got stolen pretty frequently.
