Don’t do it!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is great, and the apartments are nice-ish.
Cons:
Windows from 1964 are cute, they don’t cut it. Didn’t have heat for two years…multiple tenants. The basement floods and it takes them forever to clean up, so building is a biohazard of mold, and sewage in the air.
Advice to owner:
Drop everyone’s rent by $750 at least, or make the repairs and upgrade these apartments.

Fine, not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
They clean out front every week. Issues in the apartment usually get resolved pretty quickly.
