So incredibly fortunate
Former Tenant
Pros:
My second building in New York and I feel so lucky. The building super is extremely helpful and is attentive to my concerns.
Cons:
Sometimes packages get stolen but that’s a rare occasion.

Worst Management Company I’ve Ever Experienced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great. That’s the only pro.
Cons:
Broker & owner lie about a laundry room. Building has been advertised as having laundry but it’s not true. This came to a head when laundromats closed during the pandemic. Owners will consider it harassment if you come to them with a problem and will say it’s not in the lease and will threaten to get a lawyer involved. Owner says tenants are taking advantage of them when asking for building updates and do not take care of the tenants. The newly “remodeled” units are not finished before renting out. I’ve never seen so many roaches in my 30 years living in Manhattan. Heat is kept below the city’s legal limits. Garbage all over, hallway floors never cleaned. A lot of renters in this building have been there for decades, god only knows how clean their apartments are... building always has a horrible smell.
Advice to owner:
Don’t lie about amenities in the building and then tell your tenants that it’s not in the lease so you don’t care.
