This is a Brusco Building. Nightmare.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location was great.
Cons:
Where to start. The management company is the worst, and I had a mafia landlord in Brooklyn. Unresponsive and let neighbors leave trash in the hallway, loud noise levels every night, washing machines were over 20 years old, neighbors would prop the doors open so they wouldn’t have to take keys, etc… Ask anyone in any Brusco building. They could care less about their tenets. Avoid their buildings like the plague.
Advice to owner:
Retire. Grab your money and sell them all to someone that might actually care about the building tenets. It will make NYC a kinder place to live.
