Old but had character
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location, the rent was cheap, the elevator worked most of the time.
Cons:
The apartment could definitely use some TLC, though it looks like they've made a ton of repairs since i lived there.

Horrible Landlord / Good location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Renovated apartments, good appliances, nice windows
Cons:
Super was unresponsive and passive aggressive. Management was HORRIBLE. Ignores you constantly (until you tell them there is a pest issue) and stuck up. Wouldn’t help tenants during covid and until today I am paying $500 more than the rest of the building because they couldn’t rent out the other units for the same price before.
NO LAUNDRY IN BLDG. have to send out and it costs $$$
