Amazing building & management co

Pros:
- Incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful building staff & super (we love you Rafael!) - Well maintained and regularly cleaned building - Very thick walls; noise does not travel - Reasonable rent prices for the UWS - All utilities included in the rent! Including gas & electric
Cons:
Honestly nothing. This building is a rare gem in this city.
Advice to owner:
Keep the building staff guys around as long as you can! They make this place into a community and a place people want to stay long-term.

Classic UWS Building

Pros:
Big apartment with good size rooms, classic UWS molding, big kitchen, very responsive super and staff
Cons:
Loud inconsiderate construction, issues with mice on 2nd floor
Advice to owner:
Renovate the older apartments to deal with mice issues
