Great Pre war, needs some upgrades
Former Tenant
Pros:
Our recently updated kitchen had lots of gaps behind the cabinets which led to us having a mouse problem. However, the management was very responsive and fixed it soon after. Super also lives in building and is very nice and accessible.
Cons:
No air conditioning, but hey, it’s new york

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment is big, and it was relatively cheaper than others.
Cons:
Where to start. Mice, shady management- you cant email them. TERRIBLE LIVE IN SUPER, he will make your life more difficult than help you. This apartment is not worth it. We are seeking legal advice to get out of our lease. Do not sign a lease in this apartment I PROMISE IT IS NOT WORTH IT
Advice to owner:
Figure out your building. Fire your super. Follow though with the BUGS AND MICE

Love this building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet and family friendly neighborhood also very close to the subway and groceries and restaurants. The landlord is very sweet and responsive.
Cons:
Depending on the unit - there’s no direct sunlight which can be depressing and not plant friendly.
Advice to owner:
Keep the charm of this pre-war building and continued maintenance of the building and its units.
