Horrible. Horrible. Horrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location. That’s it.
Cons:
This building is very poorly managed. You cannot get in touch with any of the management. Disgusting.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building.

Don’t even bother
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to riverside park.
Cons:
Everything. The super is terrible. Garbage piles up everywhere and packages always go missing. The building is poorly maintained and if something breaks in your apartment it probably won’t get fixed unless you tell them there are sparks of fire flying.
Advice to owner:
I have no advice because you won’t listen anyways

Not the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great.
Has an elevator.
Apt 2C is a beautiful studio and a good size but I know that’s not the norm for the building.
Cons:
The management company is not responsive. Very buggy. Not a lot of sunlight.

Worst management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near riverside park, Trader Joe’s, express 123 stop. Nice neighbors.
Cons:
Worst management company I've had in 10 years living in NYC. Their phone number goes straight to an answering service, I leave messages and they never get back to me. I email them, no response. I have been trying to make sure they know where to send my security deposit back since my lease ended, I cannot even get in touch. Pretty sure they will try to just fleece me out of it. DO NOT rent from this company no matter how good the deal looks. Not worth the headache.

Also btw over the years I’ve had multiple recurring pest problems. Nice every winter, roaches every summer.
Advice to owner:
Get your shit together and be accountable to your tenants. It’s not too much to ask for the amount you’re getting paid.
