    Very responsive landlords, free laundry, quiet building

    a brief mouse issue.

    Great location and cute building

    Pros:
    Super friendly neighbors, FREE laundry in the building, pet friendly! Cute brownstone blocks from Central Park
    Cons:
    Had a mouse in the apartment not long after moving in. The only heat is a radiator and in my (studio) apartment it’s right under the window so the heat doesn’t go anywhere. I had to get a space heater since I was freezing during the winter.
