Well managed building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly, courteous staff. Clean building with zero pests (in my experience).
Cons:
Located on a very busy intersection, so it can get noisy due to traffic during the day.

Basement Laundry is Gross
Former Tenant
Pros:
Porter staff is great, accommodating, helpful and almost everyone is friendly.
Cons:
Basement laundry room is operated by a third party, so there is no accountability for the cleanliness. Washer and driers are often broken.
Advice to owner:
Get a better company to operate the laundry room.

Terrible security
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments. They permit dogs. Super is really good.
Cons:
Security is nonexistent. Elevatorman just sits in lobby while self service elevator is used and challenge no one. The stairwell and mailboxes are secured only by a nonfunctional lock which anyone can open.
Advice to owner:
Beef up security! Get staff vaccinated!
