Great area, friendly neighbors, terrible management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are friendly
Cons:
The Brusco management company is very unresponsive. I had pest issues a few years ago because they were allowing the coffee shop from across the street to store their garbage in the basement. I called numerous times about the parts coming into my apartment. They were only responsive after I called 311 and filed a formal complaint.

Good first apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location, very quiet, somewhat responsive management office. When I had a leak in my Ceiling they took care of it pretty quick.
Cons:
Too expensive for that small of a space, management office has no email address, communication can be weasely
