Great building with quick to respond management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fantastic location on the upper west side. Building has an elevator which is a huge plus and the units are overall kept up to date. No issues besides one cockroach sighting and after the exterminator came, never saw any again. Nice neighbors and a overall well kept building. Would recommend to anyone.
Cons:
Rent is a bit high
Advice to owner:

Hands off Property Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is really responsive and helpful
Cons:
Stellar management makes you figure everything out yourself. No info on online payment but is available through click to pay. No info on garbage drop off but you can leave it at the next building over. Elevator frequently broken.
