Great Location but need to improve
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great
Cons:
The staircase is never clean (I take the stairs every day). Garbage management is terrible; you need to leave your garbage outside your door. No Garbage cans.
In the winter, the heat is on for a very short time, and the apartment is freezing most of the time. Very difficult to recycle.
Advice to owner:
Invest in garbage cans outside of the apartments. Better heat management. Wash the staircase more often.

UWS Spacious Apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments in good condition, quite building, good neighborhood, responsive landlord and staff
Cons:
Lobby is bare and is too hot in the summer (no AC in the lobby), no doorman, no mailroom
Advice to owner:
Put some furniture in the lobby area and maybe get a doorman.
