Great building and amazing super
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super makes this building awesome. He and his team are always there to help and keep the common areas super clean
Cons:
Overall management is a little slow, but nothing to bad to say about anything. Water takes a while to heat up.
Advice to owner:
Give the super a raise

Bugs
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is near Trader Joe’s.
Cons:
There are roaches in the building and in the apartments. It’s extremely loud due to thing floors and walls. Management can be difficult to get ahold of.
Advice to owner:
Tell tenants there is a bug problem before the sign the lease.

apartment, nice; management, meh
Former Tenant
Pros:
elevator (sometimes), very nice handyman, laundry in basement, near the subway, whole foods, and trader joes. Apartment itself was nice, appliances all worked well, bathroom was really nice.
Cons:
Elevator did not work for long stretches of time, Property Manager was difficult to get ahold of and work with, Super never responded to calls/texts.

Good building, unresponsive landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean and spacious building in quiet neighborhood. Updated security system and extremely kind super.
Cons:
Impossible to get in touch with landlords for significant repairs. Bathroom ceiling had a leak for nearly our entire lease. Landlords would finally respond and send someone to fix after a few weeks of emailing them, but would simply patch over it rather than addressing issue.
