Decent building, unprofessional landlord

Pros:
-Great location
-Laundry in basement
-Kind and respectful neighbors
-Great super
Cons:
-While the super and office staff try really hard to keep up with the building’s many issues, the landlord speaks to tenants unprofessionally and ignores requests for major repairs.
-sometimes water pressure is non-existant
-heat is very loud in the winter
-cockroach issues, but they do send a monthly exterminator
-packages have been stolen from lobby

Pros:
This is the worst management company I have ever rented from. The people who work for this management company are nasty frauds. They do not care about the safety or wellbeing of the tenants. They also do not return security deposits unless threatened legally.
