Great Neighborhood, Ok apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Basic apartment, in a great neighborhood
Cons:
pest problem, work was done in the basement about a year ago and it made all the mice scurry to find another place to be.
Advice to owner:
Have an automated request system, do something about the mice

Perfect for the budding biologist
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved the high ceilings and big windows!
Cons:
The quality of the apt when we moved in made me cry. The fridge, stove, and bathroom would be perfect for an aspiring biologist to put in a petri dish or under a slide… then alert the health dept. Cockroaches are an ongoing problem. The management company are unresponsive to the point it’s comical. I’m shocked when they pick up since I’ve gotten so used to their voicemails.
Advice to owner:
Ensure your apartments are clean, up to code, and up to date with all services. Put back up the exterminator sign up sheet, it hasn’t been up for a few months…
