Pros:
Building is in a good location and is in general well-maintained. Staff at the building is kind and incredibly helpful. Tenants can sign up for monthly visits from an exterminator. Overall was a really great experience living in the building and experienced very few problems!
Cons:
Did not always communicate to tenants about loud construction happening on the building. Old appliances in some apartments. Recently it seems to be a strategy of the owners to hike up rent on tenants - getting them in at lower prices and then raising rent a lot in a future year.

The doorman and super are phenomenal.
Cons:
Heater doesn't turn on consistently and we are often freezing at home. Hot water is sometimes turned off without prior warning.
