Good in many ways, bad in one major way
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, pretty well-maintained overall, convenient to have an on-site building manager to contact and laundry in the building, never had a package go missing, inexpensive.
Cons:
My neighbor down the hall repeatedly got bedbugs and wouldn't properly take care of them so *I* ended up repeatedly getting bedbugs. Management promptly dealt with it, but not in a thorough way that solved the problem, which lead to me leaving.
