Was a decent enough place to live. Don't get on their bad side.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Live in super was very helpful Good amenities Doorman building Shuttle service
Cons:
Management can become hostile if you don't accept everything at face value. If they come and do a repair wrong, live with it or face the consequences. Have heard of them suing tenants over it!

It's a great building, very nice surprise
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff is super friendly and responsive. Units are comfortable, appliances up to date, great views with a lot of natural light. Rent is very good compared with similar units in the area.
Cons:
It's close to highway and it can get. a bit noisy if windows open. In winter it gets very hot inside. AC units are a bit out of date and consume a lot of electricity (very expensive in summer).
