Good for the location
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in a great location! Walking in the park is great and our unit is rent stabilized (I think most are).
Cons:
It’s definitely an old building. The dryers don’t always work. The baseboard heaters are super ugly. Sometimes it’s hard to get ahold of someone to fix things.
