Keep away from this building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only good thing its close to train station.
Cons:
Since new ownership came 2 yrs ago it became unlivable! Landlord neglected; rats and trash everywhere; Often no lights in front of building and cameras aren’t working. Mail is often stolen. Building not maintained at all and dirty all the time. During covid was almost abandoned! Never got fixed water leak in our bathroom and stove and had to move out. Often no heat due to broken boiler in the building. Landlord isn’t responding and only available certain days over email. If you need window guards you have to invest yourself. Second hand smoke present all the time. All neighbors but one apt. moved out since new ownership came 2019 and price suddenly raised 30%!
