Do NOT move to this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location. No other pros.
Cons:
Building is dirty, trash issues, gas issues, hot water issues, pest issues, you name it. The property mgmt has very shady business practices. The property manager's professionalism is hanging on by a thread — I can count on one hand how many times I've found her to be genuinely helpful. They do not invest in this building at all (or just do the bare minimum). Moving here has been such a huge regret, and I'm posting this review so other renters are cautious. They prefer tenants who do not make any rightful complaints and would rather tenants who are quiet/don't speak out on anything. Please do not move here.
Advice to owner:
They barely take any feedback into account, and even if they did I honestly think they'd rather pocket $ from rent than use any portion of it to upgrade/improve the building.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to restaurants, the train, and Central Park.
Cons:
Everything. There are 0 amenities, the apartments are extremely small and super pricey. There is always something breaking in the building, the trash smells and they barely keep up with it, the entire building is dirty. The property management do not care about the quality of living here. They are also greedy and money hungry and will attempt to bully/gaslight you if you dare to make a complaint. I’m surprised this building hasn’t been shut down.
Advice to owner:
They don’t incorporate any kind of feedback.
