It is fine

Pros:
Great location. Apartments are spacious. Great neighbors. Decent security. Family friendly building.
Cons:
The heat used to be better. Sometimes the garbage gets out of control. Used to be cleaner too.
Advice to owner:
The grounds need to be better maintained & the heat needs to be better.
