Don’t rent here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the subway, Whole Foods, Bus to LGA , various parks.
Cons:
Owner is unstable and likes to know ALL of your business. There is no pest management & there’s a rodent infestation. Items inside apartment are rarely fixed on time and items left to completely wear out until they break. Owner’s partner is aggressive and unfriendly. If you value privacy and peace of mind DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Advice to owner:
You should not be a property owner because you don’t know how to competently manage an income property
