Property Management group can sometimes be slow
Advice to owner:
Keep things the way they are. Maybe have a super based in Harlem

great amenities, security and garbage management need major improvements

central heat and air, spacious with high celings, washer/dryer un unit, dishwasher, garbage disposal, deep window sills, exposed brick, hardwood floors
Cons:
front door often doesn't shut & lock, several burglaries, trash management/removal inconsistent, mgmt company difficult to reach by phone
Advice to owner:
spend the money to improve security and garbage management. Make the roof accessible for common space
