Modern building in somewhat noisy street
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was well kept, the elevator always worked and the door felt secure. Laundry in the basement worked well.
Cons:
It's in front of the walk-in emergency room of a NYC hospital and sometimes the street gets quite loud.

Train access and laundry not enough. Stay away
Former Tenant
Pros:
Kind neighbors, elevator always works. Access to laundry and perfect location.
Cons:
Hallways used to be mopped more frequently. And the garbage room used to be better maintained. Management company doesn’t take pest, plumbing, or leak issues seriously. Packages are frequently stolen, front doors sometimes left open/unlocked
Advice to owner:
Fix the roof and the decaying wood- bugs and leaks are so bad

It’s ok was better at the beginning. Could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small building. Elevator always works.
Cons:
Used to be cleaned every time. It had changed. Super is a great person but can be lazy. Neighbors are to lazy to recycle. Some of them are noisy.
Advice to owner:
More cleaning. Find a way to have the chute smells better. I get that it’s hot and difficult to maintain. Clean laundromat
