Great building !!

Pros:
They sweep every day I really
Like that. Its also very quiet in the building I enjoy that as well.
Cons:
Well am a new tenant but so far so good 🤟
Advice to owner:
Sometimes the lobby door stays unlocked, maybe supervise that so we don’t have just anybody walking in our building.

No heat in winter!!

Pros:
My apartment #14 was newly (though cheaply) renovated
Cons:
We didn’t have heat or hot water for about 1.5 weeks in 2019, cockroaches, garbage situation out back was terrible (one neighbor would throw trash out their windows the the garbage area.) Management company was absolutely horrible to deal with. We also didn’t have a working stove for the first 6 weeks we lived there, management was uncaring.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants with more respect. Improve responsiveness to issues.
