Nice Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, safe building on quiet street across from a church, located just a short walk from 135th St 2/3 trains, as well as great bodegas, stores and restaurants. Building well maintained with friendly neighbors and responsive live in super.
Cons:
People often loitering in entryway of building despite signs by management, and tend to leave trash in entry way.
