Too much crime and drugs

Pros:
Beautiful apartments, close to subway lines/metro north
Cons:
Cracked out ppl will pass out/people deal drugs on the stoop, neighbors blast music at all hours on the stoop or in their apt, heat never worked

Grocery store walking distance
Many restaurants and shops in walking distance
Cons:
Walking distance from Harlem Hospital, thus very noisy with ambulances going by
Mouse when I first moved in
Roaches appeared off and on
Management took a while to respond to requests
Management tried to charge/withhold funds for normal wear and tear
