Nightmare Cockroach Situation
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in a good location and that’s about the only positive thing I have to say about it
Cons:
This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in. It was the most cockroach infested place you could ever imagine. Dozens a day in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, cabinets, sinks. Anywhere you could see, a roach had been there. It had even gotten to the point where they were in my bed. I had to beg management to send exterminators, who did a measly spray. So I had to beg management again to send more exterminators who actually did something. They sent them twice a week for a few weeks, and the roach situations barely changed. I had to move out after 2 months

Loved it here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived here for three years and was very happy. Only moved because we needed extra space going forward. Awesome management.
Cons:
Rats outside the building and in the trash bins are out of control. Neighbors in 2W obnoxious, bang on ceiling with brooms if you walk around late at night and come to your door to ask you to stop walking around. Very odd.
Advice to owner:
Figure out what is happening in 2W

Okay building, good apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love the area of this building. It’s literally ten steps away from Central Park, above a grocery store. Every big shop like Target, whole foods, even sephora is a street away. Nothing beats this location.
Cons:
The garbage cans are right outside the building and there are rats everywhere at night.
Advice to owner:
Change where the trash cans are. Keep the lobby cleaner.

Beware second floor neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet building, cleaned monthly, no bug issues
Cons:
Rats in trash bins in front of building door, next door to homeless shelter for mentally ill and they’re always outside, crazy obnoxious neighbor on second floor complains about “walking around too much”
