Not Bad for a mid century building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Biggest pro is the location. The building faces Central Park and is right across the street from the B & C train entrance. Gym, laundry room, storage area, elevator and bike room available.
Doormen are very nice and helpful.
Cons:
Walls and ceiling are very thin. No noise insulation. Floors creak and you can hear everything. Especially the person who lives upstairs to you.
Sink leaks and needs to be replaced. Shower head in most of the apartments point in the wrong direction of the tub.
Sometimes there is no doorman on staff because they have issues with replacing the ones who left.

Good clean building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean and quiet building with a responsive live-in super. The only building I’ve regretted moving out of.
Cons:
A bit pricey given the appliances and size of unit
