I liked living here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
- apartment was in good condition on move in - trash and common spaces cleaned fairly regularly - never lost a package - good price (in 2021-22) - exterminator came once a month but you had to be home to let them in - great neighbors - quiet street - very close to subway
Cons:
- low response time from management - had to be very persistent about maintenance but when I was issues were dealt with - annoying online portals with different logins for paying rent/general profile/maintenance - rent increased a lot after 2021-22
Advice to owner:
The corrigo portal is really cumbersome and made it more difficult to get maintenance issues dealt with - I preferred emailing directly

Decent building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, neighbors are pretty quick & keep to themselves. Never had an issue with vermin or bugs.
Cons:
No laundry, though typical for NYC
Advice to owner:
Offer more relief to tenants effected by COVID. I have paid 6 months rent for an apartment I am not living in at the moment.
