Management is atrocious
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are wonderful for the most part, there’s a real sense of community in the building.
Cons:
The management company is run by a bunch of idiot sociopaths. Think the Trump brothers but with less charm, if that’s even possible. I’ve always thought people were fundamentally good at heart until I dealt with these guys. They underpay their workers and hire agents barely out of college. They do the absolute bare minimum they can get away with when it comes to maintenance. Just genuinely horrible people. Also there are rent stabilized places in here, not sure why that’s not reflected. And it’s pet friendly so there’s that.

Wouldn’t Wish It On My Worst Enemy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are friendly and so very helpful & Close to park & subways B,C,A and 1.
Cons:
In as little of words as possible… Continuous mouse infestations, less than poor pest control or means to solve the issues. LIVING AMONST MICE FOR MONTHS. Poor communication and response time for any complaints or concerns (zero urgency). Disrespectful management to tenants constantly- degrading and condescending in their nature. Maintence is typically kind and helpful but do not wear the “all-knowing crown” that management does so they only can do what they can. Lack of understanding in simple procedures (2+2=?) by both management brothers. They will hire the cheapest and most unethical/illegal people for work on the building. Hope my review saved you!
Advice to owner:
Please save us all and don’t be a property owner any longer.

You can do better than a Pine Management building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
it’s near the Park
Cons:
poorly maintained, no onsite super, lots of noise in the alley much of it by Pine Management workers, ancient washing machines and dryers, lobby and hallways are dingy and often dirty, right across from many blocks of projects, low security - packages get stolen regularly.
Advice to owner:
care a lot more about your tenants comments about how to improve living conditions
