Great Apt for CU Students
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious, has everything- just come with your clothes, large bedrooms, great location- close to CPark and the subway.
Cons:
Walk-up, some apt are used for Airbnb sometimes, no balcony, weak wifi signal when I was there. Some pest problems but the super took care of it pretty fast.
Advice to owner:
Install a proper wifi for all tenants..

Really responsive super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super was always available to fix anything within same day or next day, even took care of used boxes for me when I was moving in. Very hands off landlord. Super quiet at night, not much street noise during the day.
Cons:
Neighbors can be hit or miss, since a lot of Columbia students or recent grads move into the building, but for the most part you can only ever hear the neighbors directly above or below you.
