Questionable safety, small space, nice overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly updated, double doors, consistent pest management, and although management have ZERO customer service skills whatsoever, the building is close to the office so things get resolved in a decent amount of time
Cons:
The street it’s on is across from a mental health/addiction recover center or home and there is a lot of loitering in the street. When I lived there there was a woman who would harass and sometimes assault people on the street and an ambulance would take her away eventually but she was SO LOUD along with lots of loiterers on this buildings doorstep playing music and drinking.

Overall Good Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building has very cozy vibe. Didn't have any issues with roaches which I care the most. You're gonna see the rats in front of the building but never inside of the building.
Cons:
Package often got stolen. The noise level on the street was quite stressful. The heating system during twinter operated so randomly and wasn't able to solve it with the management either.
